Hi! I’m a licensed social worker and bilingual therapist in Arizona. I specialize in supporting children, youth, adults, and families as they build resilience and navigate life’s complex transitions.
Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, I moved to Phoenix as a young adult and understand the unique challenges faced by the Latino community, specially immigrants, first-generation individuals, and mixed-status families. These lived experiences shape the way I show up as a therapist: grounded in culture, community, and compassion.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Master’s in Public Administration, all from Arizona State University. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and culturally responsive. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported, just as you are.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m also an educator, nonprofit professional, and advocate. I teach as a faculty associate at Arizona State University and co-host the Social Workers Break Room podcast, where I help elevate conversations around mental health, equity, and systemic change.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, healing from past wounds, or just needing a space to process and grow, I'm here to walk alongside you.
