Individual Therapy

  • Adults - I provide a supportive space for adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or the impact of generational cycles. Together, we work to build coping skills, explore emotions, and create meaningful change.
  • Teens - Adolescence can be overwhelming. I help teens work through anxiety, identity, family conflict, school stress, and social pressures in a safe, judgment-free environment.
  • Families - I work with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and break intergenerational patterns. My goal is to help families better understand and support one another.
